My journey began far from therapy rooms and sacred circles — it started on the judo mat. For 14 years ( starting at 8 years old) , I lived and breathed international competitive sport, rising through the ranks to earn a 7th-place finish at the prestigious Fukuoka Japan Pre-World Championship and 5th place in the European Youth Championships at just 18.

Discipline, resilience, and inner strength were forged early on — but it wasn’t until life invited me into deeper healing that I truly met my purpose.

I am a mother of five, an author of nine books, and a woman who has walked the path of both striving and surrender. My professional path weaves together the physical, emotional, and spiritual — and my mission is simple yet profound:

To help others remember who they truly are beneath the wounds, the roles, and the noise.

With two Ph. Ds in Holistic and Pastoral Counseling Psychology, a Master’s in Coaching Education, a Bachelor’s in Business, associate in special needs and numerous trainings in Healing, Somatic therapy, energy work, Reiki and empowerment, I’ve dedicated my life to understanding the human experience through many lenses.

 

Today, I bring that depth into my work as a Certified Hypnotherapist, Transformational Therapist, Health and life Mentor, and Holistic Soul Guide.

I created Life’s Wisdom LLC as a sacred space — not just for healing, but for remembering.
For learning how to forgive, how to choose yourself, and how to return to your inner wholeness.
I believe true transformation happens when we address the full spectrum of who we are —
Body, Mind, and Soul.
